Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # LKIM-BG7NNB of Sep-20-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Bottom cupboard of kitchen has rodent droppings. Pots and pans are stored in this area. . Correction: Remove all pots and pans. Clean and sanitize all pots and pans especially the bottoms of the pans. DO NOT place pans and pots on counters before cleaning as this will cross contaminate counters. .

Comments

Rodent droppings have been removed and area has been sanitized. All dishes have gone through dishwasher that were potentially contaminated by rodent droppings. Some cleaning remaining: Droppings observed under sink in supply/chemical cupboard. Remove all items from cupboard, vacuum the cupboard in corners and wet area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent.
