Dispenser has been repaired/adjusted. Quat sanitizer from dispenser measured 200 PPM quat residual. At time of inspection, staff could not find kitchen spray bottle of sanitizer. A labelled bucket was filled for use. Recommend there be a consistant foodsafe trained manager to oversee kitchen processes, training and verification that all critical limits on food safety plan are being met. Ie. temperature logs are still not being completed consistently and date stamping foods in walk in cooler is being carried out.. Ensure that food safety plan is updated with new menu.
