Observation: Conditions underneath the donut prep counter and shelving units at the back and near the Staff lockers and near the ice machines not Sanitary. Food debris observed. - 2 Hand sink near cashier adequately supplied with soap, paper towels, hot/cold water
- Hand sink at the take out window was lacking liquid hand soap. Must ensure that liquid hand soap is provided. Hot/cold water and paper towels adequate. Corrected During Inspection.
- Walk-in cooler at 1.8C
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Hot holding units for soup > 60C
- Prep. cooler measured at 4C (front)
- Bottom of prep. cooler at front at 4C.
- Quats sanitizer made at time of inspection 50ppm (front) and 100ppm (back)
- Frozen beverage cooler at < 4C
- Smoothie mixer sanitizer at 200ppm (2 cups of sanitizer provided)
- Cream dispenser # 1 = 0C

- Manager was Food safe certified or equivalent.
- Oven for hash browns at 129C.
- Permit was hung at the "ESSO" cashier counter. It has been suggested to the manager to have it hung at the Tim Horton's kitchen area in a conspicious location.
- Two hand sinks near the flap door leading to back dishwashing area had no hand soap. Manager said that they are not in use at time of inspection. It would be adequately supplied when premise is busier.
- Hand sink near dishwashing area is adequately supplied.
