*Handwash → supplied and installed with liquid soap and disposable paper *Two compartment sinks - suppled with quat sanitizer and test strips (measured at 200ppm) *High temp did not reach → 82°C at the manhole or 71°C at the plate temp. *For now use only clean jars/not reuseable. Use 2-compartment for manual dish washing. Please call me when the maintenance person has corrected the high temp dishwasher.
