- Operator prepares a variety of baked goods such as cakes, pies, muffins, cookies and cream puffs. Products are sold directly to customers via phone or online orders.
- Orders are either picked up by customers or delivered via portable cooler (Koolatron) which is powered/plugged into vehicle. Operator has records for temperature checks completed during transport.
- Contract/agreement in place with YVR Prep on an hourly basis. Time is booked as needed based on customer orders received. Typically, kitchen is used 2-3 times per week.
- No changes to business or operation since initial approval.
- Operator had completed food preparation at time of the inspection. Station #1 in the cold prep room was in use. Station and equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
- Quats sanitizer present at station. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Handsink in cold prep room supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Items stored in cooler, Reach in freezer #4 and speed rack were stored in a manner to prevent contamination.
- Products in cooler were labelled with the date prepared.

- Reach in freezer #4 -12C
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required rinse temperature. Final rinse was 78.9C at dish surface.
