-Hand-sinks fully-equipped with soap and paper towels -All temps of fridges and freezers met health requirements -Coolers and freezers temps are logged -Hair nets, hard hats, rubber boots, coats worn in the plant. Disposable gloves also worn and change regularly. -Cleaning crew cleans and sanitizes at the end of shift, used foaming hoses and sanitizer -Hydrogen Peroxide used for sanitizing.
