Comments

-Ensure that the paper towel dispenser at the service area is better secured to the wall. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding was > 60 C. Bleach spray bottle was at 100 ppm. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
