Note: Ownership change, no change to restaurant layout or menu. Premises in operation at time of inspection.

- Handsinks have liquid soap, paper towels, and hot / cold running water
- Prep cooler - (bottom compartments) at 2.3C
- (top inserts) at 3-4C
- Walk in cooler: 2.2C
- Walk in freezer : -20C
- All other coolers at or = to 4C
- Freezer at -18C or less
- All hot holding at = to or > 60C
- Temperature logs available on site now
- Quat sanitizer in rag bucket is at 200 ppm Quats
- Low temp dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle; Test strips available
- General sanitation good (much improved from previous inspection)
- No signs of pests
- All eggs stored in cooler
- All foods stored off the floor
- Foods in cold holding units are covered
- Operator provided copy of Food safe Certificate.
- Permit fee in amount of $250.00 collected (cash)
As discussed, all FoodSAFE certificates issued before July 29/2013 will expire this year on July 29/2018.
