Comments

A routine inspection was conducted due to approved renovations completed, the following observations were made:
- The expanded unit (#9a) has been made food grade. The floor is level, smooth, sealed and cleanable. All walls and ceiling have been painted.
- The hand sink has been installed. Liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water present.
- Equipment will be moved in shortly.
- Coving present and will be installed shortly.
- Filling of cracks and openings between walls, ceiling and beans still needs to be completed.
- Cooler was 4C; freezer was -20C; and thermometers present.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Bleach present for sanitizing. [Cl2] in spray bottle was 200ppm.
- Storage shelves present so food items stored 6" off the floor.
- The expanded unit is approved to operate and process food, once all construction equipment & material have been removed and a thorough cleaning is completed.
