Miso paste was in upright cooler at time of inspection: probe temp at 3.9 deg C. Good
Top of prep cooler at 3.2 deg C, inserts were filled halway only and not to the top. Good
Kitchen looks more organized, no unnecessary items that aren't used for operation.
