- Newspaper has been stored in the container with food at the time of inspection (dry storage area).

Corrective Action(s): All food must be covered (please use lids and/or plastic wraps).
Do not store any items in containers with food/corrected at the time of inspection;
Please store the scoop safely.

General sanitation - acceptable;however required improvement.
- All coolers (walk in,two preps, beverage/front, display) < or = to 4.0 C;
- Walk-in freezer at -18.0 C;
- Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm of Chlorine;
- Bleach sanitizer is available (a spray bottle at 100 ppm);
- Dry storage area - satisfactory (Note: Most dry food items stored inside plastic bins with lids.)
- No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.
