- Bulk ambient/open warehouse - shelves clean, food storage organized; food items stored off the floor.
- All hand washing sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in wall-mounted dispensers; cold/hot water - available.
- All cleaning sinks (2 & 3 compartment sinks) - satisfacrory (hot/cold running water - available; cleaning agents in precalibrated dispensers - available; pins available; surface sanitizer (Quat) at 200ppm).
- Belt type dishwasher for plastic delivery containers - available (in use 1-2 times per week).
