Observation: Walk in cooler heavily soiled, cooling unit and fans soiled. Walls, floors and ceiling has accumulations of food debris and particulates. Surfaces are worn and in state of disrepair Walk cooler has significant odors.
Corrective Action(s): Clean entire walk-in cooler and disinfect. Repair surfaces of walls and ceiling to me smooth and easily cleanable.
