Premises is Operating this year from April - July (first event was in the first week of April) and will not be starting in March like last year. Permit fee will be $50.00 for this fiscal year (April 1/18 to March 31/19) for the 4 months of operation. Cheque #004 collected in amount of $50.00

Soap and paper towels available at 2 compartment sink
Upright coca cola cooler at 3.2 deg C

Upright freezer has been replaced and is brand new, currently at -14 deg C
Ice cream freezer (Magnum) at -23 deg C
Bleach available to sanitize , ensure to use 1/2 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water in the rag bucket
No raw foods/meats/eggs are being kept on premises
Concession does the same items as previously: hot dogs, pre cooked hamburgers, garden (vegetable) bugers, precooked egg sandwiches (individually frozen and prepackaged), pizza pops (individually frozen and prepackaged), and prepackaged snacks (ie. candy, chips, etc) --> no raw food products of animal origin are allowed, none on site at time of inspection
Operator will be adding pre-packaged edamame beans to the menu, beans are frozen in packages, then microwaved, and then served. No prep involved.
For prepackaged egg sandwiches and pizza pops, food items are put onto a single use paper plate and placed in microwave and served directly to customer, no dishes are used for these cook/serve food items
As there is no commercial ventilation within the concession stand, products with meat produce grease leaden vapors and cannot be cooked inside the concession stand unless a commercial ventilation unit setup
All cookies are prepackaged
All single service utensils available on site (no dishes/cutlery for customers)
General sanitation good at time of inspection, no signs of pests
Foods and drinks are stored off floor (>6 inches)
Operator has renewed her FoodSafe and has provided the new certificate to the district EHO
