Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temp of cold PHF in prep cooler were between 14 to 18 oC - been stored in this unit over night (probed a several foods)
Corrective Action(s): Discard all PHF from this cooler includiing inserts- just whole furit and vegetable can be moved to other cooler

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No Sanitizer detected from the dishwasher. Sanitizer bucket was empty at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): Daily monitoring of sanitizer level at the dishwasher must be done to ensure proper sanitizing for dishware. Change the sanitizer bucket when it gets to ~ 1/3.

Corrective Action(s): Do not store ice scoop inside ice, store outside ice to prevent handle getting in touch with ice.

Observation: Noted number of flies (house flies and fruit flies) in kitchen, dishwashing area, food prep area and front bar.

Observation: Poor sanitaiton is noted for walls, walking cooler floor and door, grease trap area, storage room with upright freezer.

Temp of other coolers and freezers were satisfactory
*Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at all sinks -except the hand sink in kitchen: paper towel dispenser was empty. Ensure to stock all paper towel dispenser at all time
- Quats sanitizer>200 ppm
-Iodine at both glass washer >12.5 pppm
-Hot holding units >60 oC
- Noted staff are following good hygiene (washing hands ..)
* noted water leaking under hand sink: fix it
* Provide accurate thermometer at all coolers
*Daily Monitoring for temp of all coolers, hot holing to be done along with correction actions if any issue/results to be recorded on temp log sheet. ,
