Follow up inspection conducted - Code 308, which was identified during at routine inspection, has been corrected. Repair to handsink tap/flow was completed. Water flow has increased to allow for proper handwashing. Pending violation: - Code 304 Premises not free of pests. See routine inspection report (18-Aug-2021) for corrective action required and timeframe. Door between bakery production area and dishwashing area (in cafe) was noted to be open at time of inspection. Numerous fruit flies were present within this area and this appears to have worsened since previous inspection. Keep door closed (when not passing through) and keep dishwashing area clean and dry (as possible) as the presence of moisture and food debris can create breeding areas for flies. Do not allow dirty dishes to accumulate within this area. Commissary Manager reported Pest Control Technician was on-site and has recommended that floor drain be flushed.
