Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) REPEAT VIOLATION: Meat products to be processed were left in boxes/bags on the ground. Unprocessed meat products were then put on pallets and on top of food grade containers
2) Box contained fish was broken and contaminated with Styrofoam from the box. Fish was discarded during inspection
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food items are at least 6 inches off of the ground. Ensure to train all staff members and routinely follow up to ensure food items are always off of the ground
2) Ensure all food products are kept secured and not in broken packaging. Discard all food products that have broken packaging.

Routine inspection:

- Hand sink had hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel were available *Ensure that a waste container for the paper towel is available nearby*
- Bleach available for sanitizing
- Band saw and meat grinder are cleaned in place and sanitized at the end of the production day
- Production area temperature was recorded to be 8C
- Cooler temperature was 0C
- Freezer temperature was -18C or below
