A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers below 4C; freezers were -23C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures monitored but not recorded.
- Back hand washing sinks (produce area and raw meat area) are stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in groups; and 6" off the floor on racks or pallets.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules followed.
- General sanitation level is good.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles was 200ppm.
- Cloths is sanitizing bucket, in the raw meat processing room, had [Cl2[ of 200ppm.
- Bulk food area was clean and each food container had its own scoop.
- All in order.
