Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The Ginseng cutting machine (inside) was not in sanitary condition. Dusted ginseng was caked on the blade and the inner surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Wash & sanitize the device daily.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The staffs were unable to demonstrate the proper washing/sanitizing practice. The ginseng cutter was not cleaned properly.
Corrective Action(s): Unscrew all parts and wash & sanitize the lid and the blade at the sink. Warewashing method was reviewed during inspection.
