Observation: Bars: Debris noted under equipment - glass washer/glass holder. Upstairs bar: dust/debris noted throughout. Currently not being used. Storage area - unused items noted.

Rose & Crown - Kitchen:
- Temperature Control: Monitoring required.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: Low temperature (chlorine) = Ok. Monitoring required. Test strips on site. Ensure all food contact surfaces/implements are being washed and disinfected after use or on a timely manner.
- Wiping cloth storage Ok. Limit the quantity of cloths used.
- Food Storage: Ok.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Chemical storage: Ok.
- Staff hygiene: Discussed
- Pest Control: Active pest control program in place. Monitoring conducted.
- Structural: Upgrades noted. ie: shelving. Continue efforts to keep all surfaces in good repair.
- Meat slicer cleaning and disinfection discussed.
- Ice machine cleaning and disinfection. As discussed.
- Garbage, Composting, Recycling and Oil Disposal: All items are to be kept stored in covered, food grade containers.
- FoodSafe trained staff noted.
- Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan on site. Generic flowchart provided.

Bar:
- Temperature Control: Ok..
- Mechanical Dishwasher: Low Temperature: (chlorine): Currently not in operation.
