Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Box of onions found on the ground by the dishwashing area
2) Containers of salad mix and box of avocados being stored on the ground in the walk in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all food are stored 15 cm/6 in off the ground to prevent potential contamination. Staff moved product on to the shelves in the walk in cooler

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution with wiping cloths in bucket and dispenser measured to be 200 ppm. Quats test strips available.
- Stand up freezer at -18C
- Prep coolers and walk in cooler at 4 C or below
- Hot held products (soup and rice) at 60C or above
- High temperature dishwasher reached 77.2C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary conditions, scoop stored outside
- 3 compartment sink available with sink plugs
- No pest activity observed during the inspection
- Staff observed to be practicing proper hand hygiene and wearing clean uniforms
- General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory
