- Hand sinks are equipped with running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - All refrigerators are at or below 4C - All freezer units are below -18C- one freezer in storage room and one cooler in kitchen is broken and not being used ( remove the freezer if not to be repaired) - All hot holding units are at or above 60C - Quats sanitizer in buckets with cloth recorded at 200ppm. - General sanitation of premises is very good -No sign of rodent noted. -Log sheet is available ** Manager reported re: renovation ( cosmetic mostly) - please send details on renovation and time line of clouser due to renovation via email to the area inspector. Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols. Observation and issues are communicated with the site manger, a copy will be sent via email.
