- Hand washing station (s) equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- General sanitation is adequate
- QUATS sanitizer noted at 200ppm as per test strips. Test strips available on site
- 3 compartment sinks for manual dishwashing - procedure reviewed
- In-use utensils stored in a sanitary manner
- Staff demonstrates good hygiene

Pest
- no evidence of recent pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Assistant manager was not able to locate the latest pest control report at the time of inspection. Operator to forward the Environmental health officer with the latest pest control report.


Storage
- Dry storage is adequate. All goods maintained off the floor >15cm. Few plastic crates were found on the floor or storage room. Operator is to remove these crates.
- Single-use take out containers are stored properly
- Chemical stored in a separate area away from food.

Other
- Staffs with FoodSafe Level 1 is on site.

COVID inspection
- Wellness check is conducted for all staffs
- Floor marking available outside for physical distancing
- Maximum occupancy sign posted
- Hand sanitizer available for public use
