Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *REPEATED VOILATION*
Handwash station in the front service area lacked paper towel. Staff put a new roll of single use paper towel at the hand wash station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all handwash sinks have adequate supply of hot and cold running water, single use paper towels and liquid soap at all times.

Routine inspection conducted.

Temperature (coolers to be maintained at 4C or less, freezers at -18C or less):
- Temperature of coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk in freezer maintained at -7C

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All food products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Sanitizer bucket available and the concentration of bleach noted at 200ppm.
Soak wiping clothes in the bleach solution when not in use.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle.
- Utensils and tongs were found in good sanitary condition.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.
Regularly check for any rodent droppings and notify your pest control company.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Staff has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
