Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Food items stored inside the prep cooler probed at around 10-11C.
Corrective Action(s):
- Potentially hazardous food items (blood pudding, tofu, beef tripe) were discarded at the time of inspection. Do not store perishable food items in this cooler. Operator was able to confirm technician is coming this evening to repair.

- All handsinks are fully equipped except men's washroom handsink * note violation coded above.
- All coolers at 4C or below except the prep cooler by the cook line * note violation coded above.
- All freezers at -18C or below.
- Hot held rice at 60C or above.
- Soups were on continuous boil at the time of inspection.
- Hot temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate level.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm.

*Caulking around the dishwashing sink is still pending. Ensure this is done in timely manner.
*Clean & sanitize the grease trap (outer surface) to get rid of the odor.
