-Follow-up inspection to July 20, 2022. -Technician was on-site and was unable to repair cooler unit. Cooler was at 21C. -Operator stated the smaller walk-in cooler is not used for the storage of potentially hazardous foods - just non potentially hazardous beverages. -Larger walk-in cooler unit used for the storage of potentially hazardous foods was at 4C. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
