Premise is very clean and well maintained.
Sanitizer stations are in every room, quats concentration of 200 ppm.
Proper dishwashing is discussed.
End of day cleaning is observed. All production area (walls and floors) are washed, rinsed and sanitized as well.
Proper cooling is observed.
Fridges are clean and well maintained, all under 4 Celsius.
Worker hygiene is excellent. All workers wear clean smocks, hair nets, gloves etc.
No sign of pest activity.
Good records.
