Owner confirmed that they will include the new Soup program as have been suggested by their head office ( January 25th, 2024 ). The head office will provide approved food safety plan ( as now is still in process of approval by FH ). Please include the hot holding temperatures on your daily temperature records for this new unit. However, individual stores will need to submit the location for the new equipment in use since it may affect the previous approved floor plan and create spacing issues.
