Inspected main kitchen and 3 serveries

- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers are ≤ 4°C, freezers are ≤ -18°C. Ensure hot holding units are capable of maintaining food ≥ 60°C.
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available
- Ventilation hood is maintained
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- Ice machine is maintained
- Premises are well lit
- Permit is posted

Note:
- Pest control services in place. Send most recent pest control report to health inspector.
- Ensure pest activity is being monitored. Clean up droppings if observed and sanitize affected surfaces.
- Temperature logs are available but some entries are missing and filled in ahead of time. Please follow up with staff to ensure logs are accurately maintained.
