Comments

Routine Inspection:
- Liquid soap and hot/cold running water available at all hand washing stations (see violation code 401 above for lack of paper towels).
- All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection - excellent!
Pest control comes in every 2 weeks.
All traps free of pests.
All possible points of entry have been sealed with metal seals/sheets and foam.
Asphalt spread along bottom of walls outside the building to prevent pest entry.
Continue monitoring for pest activity.
- General sanitation of kitchen is satisfactory at the time of inspection
No food debris on floor
No grease accumulation observed
Continue to pull out all equipment and clean under and behind hard to reach areas at least once a week.
