All refrigerator temperatures (eg. undercounter refrigerators, display unit) are less than 4C.
Stand-up freezer temperature is less than -18C.
Hot holding (eg. pizza, chicken) temperature is greater than 60C
Manual dishwashing used (4 step method). Manual dishwashing was not in use during the time of inspection (no cookware).
Sanitizer solution (chlorine/bleach) used for food contact surfaces. Concentration of sanitizer is greater that 200 ppm. Note: maintain sanitizer solution concentration at 100 ppm (for bleach) to prevent skin irritation.
Handsink is accessible and fully stocked with paper towels, soap and warm water.
Chemicals stored away from food and under the 3 compartment sink, ok.
No signs of pests/rodents at the time of inspection.
Overall sanitation of premises is satisfactory.
Employee have Food Safe Training.
