-Multiple foods stored in the walk-way of the Dim-Sum Walk-in cooler
Corrective Action(s): -Re-seal the sheet metal to the flooring

-Do not store foods in the walk-way area of the Walk-in coolers -on the shelves

Observation: -3-door undercounter cooler -the compressor has frozen over -door was left open while the restaurant was closed as per operator air temperatures are ranging between 7-10 deg C -no perishables were stored in the fridge

NOTE: premise has been closed for over 3 months due to the pandemic. Scheduled re-opening is tomorrow. Premise was undergoing food preparation and cleanup for tomorrow.

-Bleach sanitizer buckets >100ppm chlorine residual -towels in solution when not actively used
