Paper report #252783 Routine inspection was conducted. -handsink was fully equipped with soap and paper towel -Quat sanitizer was available at 200ppm. -chlorine dishwasher was measured at 100ppm. *Observed a number of flies inside the kitchen. Please install screen doors for any open area that can be installed to prevent flies from entering. Please ensure only small amount of creams are put into the ice tray to prevent temperature abuse happens on the creams that are on top of the bucket. Signatures obtained on the paper report.
