Premises in sanitary condition - Condensate trays have been emptied. No flies or pest activity noted during followup inspection - Bleach water sanitizer measrued to be at 200ppm Note: 1) Ensure that there is always bleach surface sanitizer in teh front and back prep area 2) Submit a photo of the cleaned ventilation hood to health inspector when completed
