Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C67QXP. All infractions in report#JCHY-C67QXP have been corrected. -Fruit flies near the 3-compartment sink have been minimized and controlled. No standing water or damp mop observed within the facility that may attract fruit flies. -Gaps along the piping underneath the 3-compartment sink have been sealed to prevent pest harbourage. -The following areas have been cleaned and sanitized to remove any built-up of food debris, broom, single-use containers/bags: Underneath front prep cooler. Underneath back of house prep coolers. Underneath gas stove area. General sanitation greatly improved. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
