General: - handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - dishwasher reached 71C at final rinse cycle AFTER four runs - you must purchase a waterproof thermometer to monitor this dishwasher as per the inspection on December 2019 - move permit to front area where customers can view it - ice machine appears in sanitary condition Note: staff stated that red cart with frying pans and gas stove is for staff food only. Ensure that no raw meats are cooked as there is no ventilation system in this facility. Temperatures: - upright freezer: -22C - one door cooler: 3C - cake display cooler: 4C - sandwich display: 3C - sandwich prep cooler: 4C - front prep table: 2C - rice in rice cooker 72C - chest freezer in back corner and in bathroom are NOT in use
