Corrective Action(s): Chef removed the cup during the inspector. Please remind all staff to not use single-use cup as dispensers and use proper ones with handles.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or below.
All freezer units were holding food at -18C or below.
Hot hold unit was holding cooked egg above 60C.
All food stored protected, off the floor and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer containers setup - correct concentration detected in all containers.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 74.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Utensils and equipment are noted cleaned and in good condition.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Excellent sanitation and organization observed.
