- Chlorine bleach available at 2-comp sink beside dishwasher for manual sanitizing of dishware (provided FHA manual warewashing reference chart)
*Unable to check dishwasher temp at time of inspection--> Out of order temporarily due to electrical issue (replacement part on order)
*Kitchen staff following 3-comp sink manual warewashing procedures on a temporary basis until dishwasher repairs are completed
*Provided thermolabels for confirmation of rinse temp (>71 C) once dishwasher operation restored
