Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 quats sanitizing buckets measured with a concentration of less than 100 ppm. 200 ppm is required to properly sanitizing food contact surfaces. Some inconsistence shown in concentration when refilling the buckets at the sanitizing dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded and refilled the buckets with 200 ppm quats sanitizer.

- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm bleach sanitizer at plate level.
- Glass washer at the bar area dispensed 100 ppm bleach sanitizer at plate level.
- Ice machine and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
