Action plan addressing all noted issues are received and reviewed. .

Non-Critical hazards total of 4 Corrective Actions:

304 - Complete deep clean & sanitize of entire kitchen, hallway, & storage rooms to be completed Thursday April 20 2023.
Morning & evening daily cleaning of all floors including behind all kitchen equipment.
Culinary employees will sanitize all working surfaces prior to working in their station, continue clean & sanitizing throughout & at the end of their shift.
Increase of monthly pest control to biweekly service.
Daily, weekly & monthly cleaning in place reviewed during morning huddles with all culinary staff.

305 - Contractor will properly repair 2 areas in wall by main preparation area & near ice machine starting Monday April 24th.
Remove clutter from kitchen shelving, cabinets in server & dry storage room by Friday April 21st.
Kitchen Manager will monitor areas daily & weekly for clutter

309 - Replacing all new spray bottles with appropriate labelling as per product from Ecolab by Friday April 21st.
Kitchen Manager to consistently monitor daily

311 - Replacement or repair of all server cupboards & cabinets by May 31st 2023

Discussion items from Inspection Report

1. All cooks will be re-educated with cooling temperature guidelines, all leftover food at the end of all meal service will be discarded, implemented immediately.
2. Any food items (non-acidic) in production after 48 hours will be discarded, implemented immediately
3. All dishware will be placed in sealable containers or wrapped in clingfilm, implemented immediately
4. Cooks will obtain Level 2 Food Safe by June 2023 or sooner.
5. All dietary employees without FoodSafe Level 1 will have certification by June 2023 or sooner.
