Code 301 noted on Food Complaint inspection # LKIM-CACNWQ of Dec-31-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1) Rodent droppings found on conveyor food packaging system including inside individual food containers set up on packaging system. 2) Cockroach found in lid of clean container in clean dish storage area. . Correction: Facility has a rodent and cockroach infestation. Facility requires major cleaning and sanitizing prior to start of operation. Discard any contaminated materials. .
