Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CH5NBX No opened can food observed in the cooler at the time of inspection. Facility has now hired an external pest control company, APC Pest Control Services, that will come on a regular basis to address the pest issues. Will be bringing in a light unit for the flies. 2 ants were observed below the 3-compartment sink at the time of inspection - please bring this to the attention of the pest control company upon the next visit. Operator has plan to cover the hole on the ceiling with a metal sheet to prevent pest entry until the equipment they need is purchased and installed. The two stoves noted below this hole will be temporarily moved below the fume hood. Note: This will be verified during the next routine inspection. Sanitary conditions of the facility has tremendously improved. All items noted unsanitary during the last routine inspection has been corrected. No further follow-up required at this time.
