Observations:
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory during time of inspection. The following areas were observed clean and sanitary:
Interior/exterior of surfaces
Cook line equipment. Ventilation hood clean and scheduled for regular maintenance cleaning next week.
Dishwashing area
Dry storage room
Back prep area

- Handwashing station in back prep area supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Sandwich cooler measured at 4C (top and bottom)

Reminder:ensure all ready-to-eat foods such as produce is stored separately from raw foods such as meats
