Routine inspection conducted Facility and procedures successfully acquired SQF certification and is now a CFIA licensed facility. Temperatures: 3 door upright display cooler: 0.3°C Display case (in front of office): not in operation Operator found unit to be warmer than normal. Food products removed from unit and work order has been placed for repairs/service. All food products (sweets, pakora) processed by CFIA licensed facility Chest freezer: For personal use No hot holding done on site Storage: All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers. Storage of retail front well-organized. Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate away from food. General: Pest control is in place and invoices were available for review. No signs of pest activity noted inside facility at time of inspection. Temperature logs available for review.
