Follow up to report MBEK-D4VUDU.
Manager contacted Environmental Health Officer (EHO) for follow up inspection as dishwasher was re-serviced. Dishwasher was still not achieving the required minimum final rinse temperature at the plate surface (71 degrees C or more). Dishwasher was turned on and resting for a period of time before the inspection to allow it to reach operating temperature. Dishwasher was run for multiple cycles with a break in between, and achieved a maximum temperature of 69.6 degrees C at the plate level, before dropping again with temperatures in the range of approximately 65 to 68 degrees C. Note: Manager stated different technicians/companies service the booster and dishwashing machine separately. Management stated they would contact technician to have dishwashing machine re-serviced. Closure order remains in effect.
