- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with exception of the dessert display cooler:
*Temperature of dessert cooler was 11 Celsius at time of inspection. Owner indicates that the cooler doors were held open to stock the cooler recently (~30mins ago). Instructed staff to transfer perishables to another cooler until it can be confirmed that the cooler is capable of maintaining the temp at 4 Celsius or colder. Please monitor the thermometer in the unit closely during the day to determine whether the temperature drops to an acceptable level. If not, this cooler will require maintenance/repairs before it can be used to store perishable foods again.
- Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius
- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available
- Facility appears clean and well-organized
- No pest activity observed during inspection
