Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CEHRQC was conducted: 3 doors undercounter cooler measured at 4C or less at this time. Temperature log is available and in use. In use utensils are stored in sanitary condition. Hand washing stations were not obstructed at this time. Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine as per test strips. General sanitation improved. Hand washing sink in the front is serviced. Fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
