-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Upright freezer was at -16C
-Hot holding was at 60C. Use a written time tracking method to determine how long the pizzas have been in the hot holding cabinet.
-Cooked chicken properly cooled and as probed at 4C in the walk-in cooler.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink prepared with 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles tested at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-Deli meat slicer was disassembled and properly cleaned and sanitized.
-Foods stored off the floor and covered. General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-FoodSafe Level 1 valid until March 16, 2024.
