ALL ITEMS CORRECTED: - Facility has had door sweeps on all doors leading into teaching kitchen and class room areas - Facility has had QUAT based sanitizer and spray bottles supplied to kitchen for proper sanitizing - Ice scoop stored in clean bucket - The practice of using Garbage bags for food storage has been eliminated - Raw meat/eggs stored below ready to eat food items - Additional traps placed in kitchen area - Meat slicer clean and in sanitary condition NOTE: ensure areas of high rodent activity are continually cleaned and monitored (including Home Economics Department if necessary)
