Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich cooler air temp at 14C (less than 2 hours since temp last checked and found to be 4-5C). Potentially hazardous foods moved to a working cooler at 4C. Continue to monitor sandwich prep cooler temperature as it may require servicing. Potentially hazardous foods may be moved back into this cooler when it is proven to sustain 4C.
